One of my favourite things about blogging is that inspiration for a blog post can come from almost anywhere, that being said I thought I would talk a little bit about positivity today.

My main inspiration to start this Monday Moments series was to try to inject a little bit of positivity to what can sometimes be a dull Monday morning. Like I mentioned in last weeks post, we can't control what other people do or say but we can choose whether to act or react. This means each day we have the ability to choose how we act to or view a particular situation. In short you have the option to choose to be positive.
Ever wondered why positive people seem to be together? It's because positivity is infectious. Positive people tend to be happier. And let's face it, when given the option, you would much rather be around a happy positive person than someone who is negative and complains all the time?!
So why not spread some positivity today?
Yup! There is a lot of truth to that!
